Easy access to Visual Voice Mail


Voice mail is a necessary evil, but it’s part of the way we communicate. Many businesses need to have voicemail, just like email. The key is to be responsive and properly manage your messages. If you’re tired of dealing with codes to access and listen to voice mail messages, there’s an easier way. It’s called Viewpoint and it comes built-in with the Wave IP 500 or 2500 phone system.

Quickly and easily check voicemail messages and check them in order of priority, just like email.

- Make text notes within the message
- Forward the message to email or another VM box and append your own custom message.
- Listen to the message on your computer speakers or on your desk phone
- Use the sidebar to rewind or forward
- built-in automatic or manual voice mail to email is available (just enable or
disable)

When you’re done listening, return the call without having to dial the number. Two mouse clicks and you’re connected. It’s the quickest and easiest way to manage voicemail.

With the presence settings in Wave IP ViewPoint, you can let callers know your status. Perhaps you’re on the road or in a meeting, the visual status will let everyone know your presence. Specific voice mail greetings can also be used with your status, so that your customers know when to expect a call back.



Voicemail is easier with ViewPoint. Customers, suppliers and employees will appreciate the status notification and feel confident in leaving a message. This encourages voicemail to be used as it’s meant to, similar to email, but with voice.
